It’s pretty clear to me that owners who don’t get involved with ACNA miss more than just learning how to drive their cars a little better; they miss some of life’s great experiences.

One of the best things about being a member was finding an ad in the magazine right after I joined that put me in touch with a shop that had a way to boost my 1986 Turbo quattro's performance beyond belief. That alone was worth it. Thanks for the recognition!
- Ralph Rydholm, Chicago, IL
The Quattro Club has always had a special meaning to me. Even in the first days of the club when I lived in Anchorage Alaska. It was nice to know there were people who felt like me and took a chance on this new technology, QUATTRO. It was mind bending having the control of the vehicle as I did. My brother was an Alaska State Trooper and recognized the benefit of the quattro system.
-Al Swackhammer, Edmonds, WA
I drove the Coupe at two driver's schools—Road America and Brainerd. There was nothing better than going through the Carousel at RA with all four wheels sliding

I don't know of any car club that gives you money ($500) when you purchase a new or pre-certified Audi. This shows a great club benefit program, a great manufacturer supporting the club, and a great group of members.
-Ron Palmer DDS, Colorado Springs, CO
The hard work and dedication of so many people comes to mind as do the names and faces of so many terrific people I’ve had the pleasure of spending time with at our events. From students, to participants, to my fellow instructors and volunteers, there are hundreds of people who have contributed to this club and my enjoyment over the years. And through these times our little Quattro Club grew up. I’m very proud to have been a part of Audi Club North America for more than 20 years and look forward to many more years of fun.

Of all my memories from those years, the Historic Race weekend at Laguna Seca in 1998, where Auto Union was the featured marque, is the standout. It was an Audi enthusiast’s dream. To hear, see and smell a V16 & V12 grand prix Auto Union, a 200 Trans Am, a 90 IMSA 20v turbo, the Pikes Peak record car, an A2 group B rally car, and so on was almost too much to take in.

In my sunset years and still driving Audis
I guess with age, I did not realize that my membership in the ACNA had lasted this long. Well, I can do something about one of those items but will not, just try to pry my Audi and ACNA membership from these warm hands.
-Walter Sheldon, Ft. Myers Beach, FL
Teaching students at the track
Some of my most memorable recollections are the many Driving Schools I attended over the years…
