Golden Gate Chapter

ImageOur chapter is comprised of the northern half of both California and Nevada and also Hawaii: all cities north in California and the Reno/Carson City areas of Nevada. We have approximately 800 members but we are growing fast. In January the Club hosts the annual Thunderhill Driving School in Willows, California and that will be followed in February by the Laguna Seca driving school. Our November school takes place at Sears Point. These three driving schools occur during those snowy months back East. If you bring out your car for the one of our schools, we can help you find storage between events! Our winters are very mild and all three tracks are fantastic during the off-season. The Golden Gate Chapter also hosts an Audi Club corral at the ALMS races at Sears Point each year.

Michigan Chapter

ImageWe are dedicated to enhancing the enjoyment of Audi ownership for those members located in the State of Michigan.

We are fortunate to have three outstanding facilities for Driver Education Safety Seminars within our boundaries and use each of them annually. In April, almost before the snow has left, we enjoy the Grattan facility. In early August, we are at the Waterford Hills facility. In September, we return to the western side of the state and use the Gingerman facility. At each of these events, we concentrate on perfecting our driving skills and using our Audi's handling advantages for safer on-road driving.

Between these formal events, we hold technical sessions, picnics, tours and general get togethers. The times and locations are posted on the Chapter section of the national website.

ACNW holds driving and social events throughout the year for our members. Calendar highlights include learning events like the Matt Ammon Memorial Driving School (MAMDS) and Teen Driver Clinic at Bremerton in May, driving skill development events like Son of Quattrofest at Portland in February, and celebration of the Audi brand at Quattrofest at Portland in November with a full driving school, teen driver clinic, and lapping days.

Social events are very important too, such as the Maryhill Loops Road Tour and Wine Tasting in Southeast Washington in September that has sold out each year, the Audi Owners Gathering in June, and the Holiday Party in December. ACNW participates in the community, and helps members better understand and enjoy their cars. Participants have fun together at driving events, car corrals, picnics, and gatherings!
