Audi Club NW introduces a new event for 2014, and our first holiday weekend tour/social event. Vintage Aircraft Weekend is a Labor Day weekend event at Paine Field, in Everett, sponsored by the Historic Flight Foundation. Everyone is invited to enjoy one full day of this event, on Saturday August 30, from 9:00am – 5:00pm with ACNW. Each day has a full schedule of historic and vintage aircraft on static display, as well as flying events. There are aviation displays both inside the hanger and outside, as well as vendors for food and drink.
The Lady Washington Tall Ship Battle Sail Tour offers attendees the opportunity to enjoy a 3-hour cruise on the replica brig Lady Washington. The ship embodies maritime history of the last 1700’s and early 1800’s. The three-hour Battle Sails feature booming cannons, close-quarters maneuvers, and a taste of 18th century maritime life aboard tall ships. Passengers are invited to raise the sails, verbally taunt their opponents, and sing the chorus on a sea shanty for a Three Hour Tour!!
Held in Clarkston, WA and Lewiston, ID on Fri-Sat-Sun, June 20-22, 2014. This event promises to deliver driving excitement along with exceptional scenic views, while driving across the state of Washington to the SE corner of the state. The highlight of this tour will be either a jet boat ride in Hells Canyon on the Snake River, or a scenic drive on portions of the Hells Canyon Scenic Byway. [There is an optional Sunday night stay for those wishing to return home Monday.]
The annual Audi Club Northwest Holiday Party in the Puget Sound area will be held at the Mercer Island Community and Event Center on Friday, December 5th, in the Mercer Room on the main floor. The evening's activities begin at 7:00pm, with dinner and conversation until 10:00pm.

Hey Audi Fans!
Nestled amongst the foothills above the Columbia River in Southwestern Washington, the Maryhill Museum of Art has a little-known secret on it’s property: the Maryhill Loops Road. Owned by the Maryhill Museum of Art, the Maryhill Loops Road was the first macadam asphalt-paved road in the Pacific Northwest. In 2.8 paved miles the road ascends 850 feet via a series of 25 turns, 8 of which are hairpins. Generally the road is only open to pedestrians and bicyclists but on Saturday, September 13th, Audi Club Northwest has private use of this road for a tour.
This is the third year of events at the new Ridge Motorsports Park (1060 W Eells Hill Rd NE, Shelton, WA, 98584) and by popular demand we have expanded Strassenlage to two days.
To qualify, drivers must have previously attended a DE/Skills Clinic. This is a lapping event only as there is no DE/Skills Clinic available. Instruction for novice drivers will be provided.

The 26th annual Pacific Northwest Historics vintage sports car races will be held July 4-July 6, 2014 at Pacific Raceways in Kent, Washington.
The Audi Car Corral is an excellent opportunity to display your Audi, meet members of other local car clubs, and participate in parade laps on the Pacific Raceways track on Saturday and Sunday. There are no formal car corral activities on Friday but the corral area is open to those with Friday car corral passes.
We are very excited to return to Pacific Raceways for the fourth year in a row. With events at The Ridge Motorsports Park, Oregon Raceway Park, Evergreen Speedway and Bremerton Motorsports Park completed this year, we are thrilled to again take advantage of this amazing facility in Seattle's backyard.
